Title: Republic Explained and Much More Post by LB Bork on Nov 23rd, 2009 at 10:20am
Republic Explained
What is a Republic? Many people today are saying they have Restored the Republic, Restoring the Republic, Repopulating the Republic, etc. The fact is, most everyone professing such things are spouting rhetoric and have no idea what a republic is. With the incorporated research efforts of Gregory Williams and the People's Awareness Coalition, the content herein illustrates what a republic—i.e., a republican form of government—is in law... It is well worth taking the time to understand. Republics 8:00 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OplmP0T8v0U http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OplmP0T8v0U Here is a paper released by PAC several years ago entitled : Republic vs Democracy. The paper Republic vs Democracy should fill in some blanks for some of you : A Message From His Holy Church One of the first Republics in its purest form was ancient Israel before the election of the first kings. They operated for almost 400 years in a hostile world with no central government and only ten basic laws. It was based on one of the most common forms of voluntary government. It operated by the "perfect law of liberty" and only worked for people who were mutually willing to attend to "the weightier matters of law, judgment, mercy and faith". Such principles were taught by Enoch, Melchisedec, Moses, the prophets, John the Baptist, Jesus Christ and the early Church, yet, how it worked is one of the most well guarded secrets of the last Millennium. Title: Status = State Post by LB Bork on Aug 2nd, 2011 at 4:23pm
Status = State
Governments are instituted by the consent of the governed. In other words, the people who makeup a body politic are the state (their government) and their condition (or status) is that of its makeup by their consent. The condition of the nationals of the states (State Nationals)* are their statuses; they live in their respective republics being "free from all things public", which are the (public) actions of the governments of citizens and nationals of the United States (their "states (governments)" being based on their statuses). To understand the principles of the state/status of a "man" or a "people" is what their governments consist of, see these videos by Gregory Williams:

Fact is, the "Republic" or "republics" still exist... People rather live in the "Democracy" under politics and private law.

Title: Resident Examined Post by LB Bork on Aug 2nd, 2011 at 4:26pm
Resident Examined
Simply, the term "resident" implies or represents the meaning of a THING. FORWARD While reading this information, keep in mind that we are all FREE under the Law of God. And, in law, i.e., the law of man, there are: Free Men (freemen) and THINGS. Now it is asked: Who owns government? It is in control of the nation (a people that make up the nation), is it not? One would think, anyway (see Status = State above). Now it is asked, is a government a thing or is it a human being? Of course the answer is: A government is a THING. Now it is asked, how can a THING tell a man or woman what to do? It really cannot. Therefore, does not man have to be brought down or to the same level to be dealt with by the THING, government? Title: The 14th Amendment States Post by LB Bork on Aug 2nd, 2011 at 4:32pm
The 14th Amendment States
Congress created a state within a state—actually a status within a country—with the Fourteenth Amendment like the United States Constitution grants permission to do as to the following found in Article 4:
the Congress into this Union; but no new States shall be formed or erected within the Jurisdiction of any other State; nor any State be formed by the Junction of two or more States, or parts of States, without the Consent of the Legislatures of the States concerned as well as of the Congress. So you have two states, or statuses, within each state: nationals of the United States; and, nationals of the states. You may say that the 14th Amendment "state within a state" premise is a stretch due to the fact the context of the clause of "new states" seemingly appears to relate to republics/states; however the use of the language "jurisdiction" therein in conjunction with the multiple definitions of "state" allows it to expand into such a seemingly "broad brushed" principle. Farfetched? Not really. They are calling corporations "citizens" under the 14th Amendment system. And how do the legislatures of the states consent? Such "states" 14th Amendment "officers" participate. The de jure (lawful, original) law system is still there, the political system has just changed (i.e., gone de facto). Learn more about how the "political system" was replaced with a "de facto" governmental system :

Title: The PAC Flow Chart Post by LB Bork on Aug 6th, 2011 at 11:00am
The People's Awareness Coalition (PAC) Flow Chart
This is based on the constitutional system in the United States: CREATOR, which provides natural rights which translates to natural law. NATION, which is a social compact that (who) establishes government under public law (constitution). COUNTRY, is the republic where the people of a nation live (being free from all things public). FEDERATION, is a group on nations that have contracted to be in an alliance (the United States).* In the original form of the constitutional system in the [U]nited States of America, peoples had little or nothing to do with their state governments or the United States government. The ones who were involved with politics and/or engaged their citizen office generally had some interest in government or wanted favors, e.g., to engage in international trade; which is not only what most people understand to be international, but also interstate, i.e., from state to state. Understanding the aforesaid foundational principles, the people (US citizens) today who are involved in politics are wanting internal favors from government. This in turn takes them away from the law and engages them into a private law scheme with privileges that are granted by the government. Simply stated, this is socialism. So, the main question is: Who have you contracted with? * NATIONS IN CONFEDERATION
