Easy.. no such "thing" as a "sovereign citizen"..yet perhaps a Sovereign Citizen, in this, the socialistic, communistic, community known as "Amerika", Terrorist is the new "fab" word to identify and track all those who don't toe "the party" line.  Just where did "the party" originally come from??...Perhaps the former USSR, that has been implemented on this soil since the "founding fathers" (the aristocrats/the people), made the determination that everyone, except them (the exclusive club), are slaven to them. The implementation of the 14th sealed the deal.

"The People" are those in Power in a Republic, and the "commoners" are those who follow their rules. A Federation of Independent Nation States is the actual description of these countries known as the uNITED sTATES of aMERICA, NOT a "republic" or "democracy" or "union" or "stateism" or "for which it stands"...etc.

This "We the People" crap's gotta stop, and this "Restore the Republic" sloganism is fodder for the brain damaged, sucking the stupids into the matrix further and further..mein Fuher!!!

Being "Sovereign" is not part of "Citizen", it's an oxymoron. One is either, not both.

All this word play is for those who deem to subjucate and control. Critical thinking skills must be activated.

Shawn Rice, a purported “sovereign citizen” the FBI described in March 2011 as a “fugitive,” has been arrested in Seligman, Ariz.

Rice, whom federal prosecutors in Nevada said was 48, was charged in Nevada with money-laundering and conspiracy in March 2009. His initial arrest occurred as a result of a sting in which he allegedly agreed with Samuel Davis, 56, of Council, Idaho, to launder proceeds from what the men believed was a bank-fraud scheme.

In reality, according to federal prosecutors, Rice and Davis were conducting business with undercover FBI agents posing as scammers.

Davis, another purported “sovereign citizen,” pleaded guilty to the charges in March 2011. He was sentenced in October to 57 months in federal prison. Rice, though, became a fugitive, the FBI said.

It was not immediately clear how the FBI learned yesterday that Rice was in Seligman. The arrest occurred while much of the nation’s attention was focused on the holidays.

The Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC)<<EDIT/READ<<NICE LITTLE JEW-COMMIE ORGANIZATION>> has described Davis as a redemptionist-seminar tax scammer and “one of the elders in the Guardians of the Free Republics, a sovereign group that claims to have recently set up ‘common-law courts’ in all 50 states.”
