Title: Common Law of the Department of Justice Post by LB Bork on Sep 11th, 2011 at 9:40am
Okay, this is serious stuff...
This last year the Department of Justice changed the look of its website. The header on the Department's site sports the following, "The common law is the will of mankind issuing from the life of the people." * To the knowing, the language is telling. Also, the Department of Justice Seal also includes some telling information. Accordingly I wrote a paper on this in the Spring of 2011. See the pagan based foundation of this operation in its glory... * They (THEY) dangled a carrot (i.e., for government to take care of you), and you fell for it... It was your will... "The common law is the will of mankind issuing from the life of the people." ~US Department of Justice Have you sinned by being stuborn and not resisted this system and bought into its nonsense? That is to say, is it your custom and usage (common law) to be ruled by man rather than God? “Come out of her and be not partakers of her sins and her plagues.” |
Title: The origin of the quote... Post by LB Bork on Sep 11th, 2011 at 9:51am
Some more insight to where that quote came from and what it is about...
In September of 2011 I had accidently found some additional information on the DOJ quote, which provides some interesting missing pieces of the puzzle. This was taken from a speech made by Janet Reno in 2001:
Unless the law issues from all of the people, some of the people will feel left out. They will come to feel alienated. They will be angry. And this will not be a cohesive democracy. If you don't care about that, they will feel left out, alienated, and they will not have the opportunities that others have to skills, to jobs, to opportunity. That will only hurt America." Source Wow, "framed" by mutual confidence? and "sanctioned" by the light of reason?
1. To build by putting together the structural parts of; construct: frame a house. 2. To conceive or design: framed an alternate proposal. 3. To arrange or adjust for a purpose: The question was framed to draw only one answer. 4. a. To put into words; formulate: frame a reply. b. To form (words) silently with the lips. 5. To enclose in or as if in a frame. http://www.thefreedictionary.com/frame sanc·tion 1. Authoritative permission or approval that makes a course of action valid. See Synonyms at permission. 2. Support or encouragement, as from public opinion or established custom. 3. A consideration, influence, or principle that dictates an ethical choice. 4. a. A law or decree. b. The penalty for noncompliance specified in a law or decree. 5. A penalty, specified or in the form of moral pressure, that acts to ensure compliance or conformity. 6. A coercive measure adopted usually by several nations acting together against a nation violating int. law. http://www.thefreedictionary.com/sanctioned The Common Law comes from custom and usage... ERGO, it comes naturally; there is nothing "framed" about it. The Masons (architects of "light (illumination)", but in actuality of the darkness) frame things. The Private Law is "framed" by the will of legislatures; such are the minions of Masons framing things by their mutual confidence, i.e., believing in their "assignment". The private law is what Americans have had "sanctioned" on them the past 140 years by the legislatures (states/federal). Americans have not had the pleasure of common law societies, which is derived from the customs and usages of a people. My analysis was right on point... Again, see the paper, Department of Justice and Its Common Law |
